Our ecolodge "La cabane de canards" in the countryside is the ultimate modern unusual accommodation, 100% adapted to our region Les Landes (the South-West). This lodge allows you to spend a romantic holiday , close to nature thanks to our ecological spa "le Dutchtub", but is also available for rent as a family room (2 adults and 2 children up to 10 years old) , because our lodge has a second bedroom with a bunk bed.
Interior
The ducks of our region inspired us for the base of the ecolodge: white with a touch of yellow.
The interior is modern and luxurious with a large 180 cm bed. You will sleep like a baby on our good ecological mattresses, made 10 km away in Hagetmau. Your ecolodge is located in a very quiet area, so we can certainly offer you a good night's sleep during your stay.
The bathroom area is open. When you are in front of the sink you keep the magnificent view of our countryside. A walk-in shower and separate toilet complete the bathroom.
Your room is also equipped with an open closet for your clothes, 2 chairs and a table, a refrigerator for your own provisions, a coffee maker , a kettle and dishes.
Outside
Our Dutchtub spa is also located on your private terrace with 2 lounge chairs and a footrest.
The "Dutchtub" Spa is an ecological outdoor heated jacuzzi-type bath designed by the Dutchman Floris Schoonderbeek to bring Man and nature closer together. The bath is heated with wood. A unique experience in Landes Chalosse, a must-try!
For a refreshing dip there is the swimming pool (6×13 meters). With a spacious terrace, hammocks and comfortable deckchairs. Parasols provide enough shade.
Breakfast at your own time
Breakfast isn't included in the room rate, but we're happy to prepare it for you. In your ecolodge, you'll find everything you need: tableware, a cozy table, chairs, and a outdoor picnic table. We stock your fridge with tasty treats, and every morning the baker delivers fresh bread. Enjoy a delicious breakfast, peacefully, right in your own space.
Poolhouse
And we certainly shouldn't forget our Pool House . You can use this multifunctional space for your own home-cooked dinners or lunches, have a drink on the terrace or play a game.
